Texas Blazers Endowed Scholarship Dinner

The Texas Blazers are proud to announce the first annual Texas Blazers Endowed Scholarship Dinner to be held this spring. The dinner will allow us to recognize the recent establishment of our endowment and thank all those who have helped us along the way. In addition, we hope to raise support for volunteering in East Austin and providing educational assistance to students graduating from high schools in the area.
The dinner will feature guest speaker Richard Reddick, a graduate of Johnston High School and Teach for America Alumni. He will speak on issues of equality in education, and what we can do to help students in need. David Onion, Executive Director of Development from the University of Texas will also speak about the endowment process and how organizations can make the best us of their fundraising.
